Pianist

I'm looking at the pianist and I'm thinking there's more to it than just not lifting her head. I don't see any movement at all. In fact, there's even a close-up of the pianist with a hand resting on the piano. That kind of playing requires 2 hands, now! Btw, the vocalist reminds me of David Bowie.
